Perhaps the most boring and mediocre film ever made. Well, you have Johnny Depp trying but failing in his delivery. But try to give a good performance. Something that didn't mark his career before and after. Then you have the script for this trashy movie that looks like it's being made fun of. It's like one of those boring dreams that lingers for a second and then goes away.
